Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

We do not offer any returns, exchanges or cancellations. If there’s any issues with any product, feel free to shoot me an email to discuss any issues. Customer service is #1 priority to me, & I want you to be happy!

Email us within 48 hours of your package being delivered if you’re missing any iteams or anything is damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

What is your current turn around time?

My current turn around time is 3-4 weeks for preorders and ready to ship sale items will ship in 1-3 days. I strive to get orders out earlier, but being a single mom of 2, that doesn't always happen.

Please note this is BEFORE your items ship.

 

Can I combine my orders?

We currently cannot combine placed orders.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders ship First Class with USPS. During the holidays especially, packages can get lost or damaged once it's dropped off with USPS. Unfortunately, I have zero control over what happens after it's out of my hands. If this happens, I suggest calling your local post office.

If your items are returned due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a non deliverable address, then I will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly.

 

I placed an order! Now what? 

 

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation, given you've provided us with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through. Please be sure to check you spam folder.

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are not guaranteed.
